I was reading an article where a person could lose 11 lbs. in 9 days and eat at least 3 times (or more) per day ! You do this by eating foods at a particular time of day. I don’t know which foods although it does say they’re not carb restricted, low calorie or fat free foods. They are certain foods that when consumed in a defined order turn the metabolism on to burn fat almost continuously. Have you tried it ? Do you have to eat strange foods ? Does it really work ? Please help. Thanks ! thats what worked for me and my wife: you will need cucumbers, cabbage, green peppers, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, salt and just a LITTLE spices. Boil it all so it will be a soup. Eat these as much as you want for 3 days. Than make it all the same but this time add meat. Eat it as much as you want as much as you can. I guarantee you if you will survive 10 days you will loose min 10 pounds. The trick is that all those boiled veggies fill you up but don`t produce anything. So your body start to comepletely running on what you already have. I know, life without treats is tough but it worth it for one fast and efficient weight loss before some big day.

Jogging or brisk walking on a treadmill Aerobics Rowing machine To burn fat, you need to get the muscles moving, break a sweat, and get your heart rate up. Sit ups and crunches only engage a small area. They’re good for shaping (just make sure to keep that tummy pulled IN when you work out) but not for fat burning. Likewise for pushups. You’ll note that the exercises I listed engage a LOT of muscle groups at once and allow you to exercise for a prolonged period with a moderate to high intensity. Also be aware that the fat burning usually only STARTS at the 20 minute mark so don’t stop at 15, 20 or 25 or you’ll have mostly wasted your time. Weightlifting is another good exercise. It helps to tone and shape and it adds muscle to your frame which will burn calories all day long. Some women worry about bulking up but adding bulk is very hard to do, especially for women.
